Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

   MyBungalow provides a 30-day free trial for new users.

2. Refunds

   Subscriptions are non-refundable after billing starts unless either double charges occurred, or technical issues prevented service access.

3. Processing time

   All valid refund requests are processed by Ethnicboost within 7–10 working days.

4. Cancellation

   Cancellation requests can be made anytime before the next billing date.

5. Access after cancellation

   Upon cancellation, access remains active till the current billing cycle ends.
