Welcome to MyBungalow — a digital property management and booking app powered by Ethnicboost.
  1. Acceptance

    By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

  2. Platform Role

    MyBungalow provides booking and management tools for property owners. All payments are securely processed and managed by Ethnicboost, our official payment processor.

  3. Subscription Plans

    Users may subscribe monthly, semi-annually, or yearly. A 30-day free trial is provided before billing begins.

  4. Refund & Renewal

    Refer to our “Refund Policy” page. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before expiry.

  5. User Responsibilities

    Users agree not to misuse data or booking systems. Unauthorized access or modification is prohibited.

  6. Liability

    Ethnicboost handles transactions; MyBungalow provides the software interface. Neither party is responsible for indirect losses or third-party outages.

  7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat.


Data Storage, Uploads & Retention

This section explains how guest IDs, receipts and other uploaded documents are handled across plans. It reflects our in‑app banners and complies with India’s KYC and accommodation record norms.
